Make stacking / charging mean something equivalent to the time - effort put into training and maintaining of these skills. This is very simplified but I think you get the point Rare Glyphs accentuate buffs for certain types of traits that make up a Diablo 4. We have spent enough time training / maintaining skills. The best glyph to use on your Druid’s Paragon Board depends entirely on what kind of build you’re using. No this would mean that actually charging a skill means something off the bat and not a chance at a waste of time. How about we get some result from actually stacking that means something like you 2 stack nice but no one really uses 2 anyhow - with stacking we can break the possible damage into 5 sets so if there is a range of damage from 20 - 80 would give 20-30 / 30-40 / 40-50 / 50-60 / 60-70 / 70-80 Now this only works if you charge/stack so if you charge to 2 your damage is 30 at the low end no chance to hit for less than 30, 5 stack no chance to hit for less than 60 and a 6 it guaranteed 70 - 80 sure there can still be a crit boost. You can shoot a Fire Arrow and hit for 26 and you can stack (charge) it up to 5 and still hit for 26? Sure it might cost a little les focus but. You is the caster, the spell is cast by the glyph: when the glyph triggers, nothing happens (the glyph is not a creature and has no body to be wreathed in flames). Now look at almost every other skill - stacking / charging are almost pointless. You is the caster, the spell is cast by the original caster: when the glyph triggers, the original caster's body is weathed in flames, wherever they are at the time. With buffs we have gotten back to only being able to have one Str / Dex / Int soo why have we not gotten back to receiving the ability to stack them we trained the skills to get them up and to get more glyphs but that was taken away.
